Suzanne Dallas Castaldo joins Strategic Management as a Senior Associate

Strategic Management is pleased to announce that Suzanne Dallas Castaldo has joined the firm as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate for Strategic Management, Ms. Castaldo provides health care compliance services relating to the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, as well as the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. Ms. Castaldo works with a variety of health care provider organizations, including hospitals and hospital systems, managed care organizations, skilled nursing facilities, and clinical laboratories. She performs research and analysis relating to regulatory compliance issues, and has experience in the development and maintenance of compliance programs, as well as risk assessment and management.

Prior to joining Strategic Management, Ms. Castaldo practiced law with a large, international law firm in Washington, D.C. Ms. Castaldo’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation including all phases of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She appeared in state and federal courts, and participated in domestic and international arbitrations as well as government agency investigations. In addition, she has represented national law firms in defense of legal malpractice and professional negligence claims, and counseled clients on legal risk management strategies.
