The Survey, which was conducted jointly by Strategic Management and SAI360, highlights participants’ experience in developing, managing and evolving HIPAA Privacy Programs. Ms. Watnik and Ms. Lesnick analyzed the survey results to provide a current state of privacy compliance, including demographic data, resource levels, reporting relationships, privacy program operations, challenges, and priorities for 2024.
