Cludeline Jean

Professional Experience

Cludeline Jean is the Vice President of Operations for the Compliance Resource Center, a sister company of Strategic Management Services, which provides sanction and exclusion screening tools and services, anonymous and confidential hotline and reporting systems and a comprehensive library of policy and compliance-related document templates. Ms. Jean manages the day-to-day operations for CRC, including oversight of workflow, identification and implementation of process improvements and monitoring of projects through to a successful completion.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Compliance Resource Center, Ms. Jean worked at a health service management provider where she oversaw performance monitoring of staff to ensure objectives were consistently met. Ms. Jean supported project directors and managers through high level quality assurance support to successfully promote health and prevention for low-income families and their communities. In her role, Ms. Jean collaborated with executive staff to meet and exceed quality expectations for the Agency for Healthcare Administration of Florida (AHCA).
