Professional Experience

Jillian Concepcion manages Strategic Management’s operations to ensure business plans and strategy developed by the CEO and President are properly and successfully implemented. As COO, Ms. Concepcion designs and implements policies to promote the company culture and vision and oversees the activities of Strategic Management’s various business departments.

Previously, Ms. Concepcion provided advisory services to clients in the development, evaluation, and improvement of compliance programs as a Senior Consultant. As a highly experienced compliance consultant, Ms. Concepcion specialized working with health care organizations to implement CIA requirements, including development of the CIA implementation report, general and specific compliance training, policies and procedures and sanction screening processes. Ms. Concepcion conducted ongoing policy and regulatory research and analysis in various health care related areas, including Medicare and Medicaid program rules and regulations, billing and coding requirements, HIPAA, False Claims Act, ACA and corporate compliance. Ms. Concepcion has specific expertise in provider compliance as it relates to requirements issued by HHS OIG and CMS, including implementation of polices, sanction screening processes and compliance hotline programs.
