Sally A. Enoh
Professional Experience
Sally Enoh, a law school graduate with a master’s in Healthcare Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management, is skilled in regulatory research and analysis of federal health care regulations including the False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Ms. Enoh assists senior consultants on engagements, such as program development, implementation, evaluation, and management. Additionally, Ms. Enoh performs reviews of compliance programs, evaluates clients’ adherence to Corporate Integrity Agreement requirements, and provides compliance advisory services.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to joining Strategic Management, Ms. Enoh worked for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where she conducted comprehensive federal and multi-state clinical and data privacy research. She also assisted program Institutional Review Board in implementing policies and procedures in adherence with state statutes and federal regulations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Enoh interned in the Compliance and Ethics Department of a renowned hospital system, where she assisted senior officers with HIPAA trainings, investigations, HHS reporting, and compliance risk assessment and management.
