She has over twenty-five years of experience assisting organizations in meeting their compliance needs. Her experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Expert, and compliance advisor for various organizations. She is a recognized expert in the areas of corporate compliance, compliance risk assessments, RAT-STATS sampling and overpayment estimation and appeal, claims auditing and reviews, and litigation consulting. She has worked with many organizations and their attorneys with their appeals, resolution and settlements with CMS, DOJ, and obligations under CIAs with the OIG.

Jillian Bower Concepcion, CHC is a Senior Consultant with Strategic Management Services. She has over ten years of experience in health care Compliance. She has specialized in working with organizations to develop and implement processes and tools to assist in making their programs more effective that includes sanction screening, hotlines, training, policy development, and compliance surveys.
