OIG’s Latest LEIE Updates – September 2014.

On September 9, 2014 the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General updated the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) data. The latest from the OIG can be accessed by clicking here. The latest file includes all current exclusions. In addition, a supplemental file can be downloaded to review the current list of reinstated individuals and entities. Don’t forgot, the best way to reduce risk and avoid potential civil monetary penalties is to screen the LEIE monthly.
